Movement has always been a part of the story.
My work with the body began long before massage. With a background in yoga instruction, personal training, and Pilates, I’ve spent years exploring how our bodies move, adapt, hold tension, and find ease. Thai massage brought those worlds together for me — combining movement, therapeutic touch, and a deeply individualized approach to care. Today, I draw from that experience to create sessions that help you feel more capable, connected, and at home in your body.

MY STORY
Finding My Way to Massage
My connection to bodywork started early. Growing up, I would massage my mom’s restless legs at night until she fell asleep. I didn’t have a name for what I was doing then — I just knew that touch could help someone feel more comfortable in their body.
Years later, while teaching yoga, I became increasingly drawn to hands-on assists and the way touch could help someone experience movement differently. That curiosity eventually led me to Thai massage. I traveled to Thailand to study and continued my training throughout the U.S., falling in love with a practice that brought together so much of what already mattered to me: movement, connection, awareness, and therapeutic touch.
Massage became a natural continuation of the work I had already been doing — helping people better understand their bodies and find more ease within them.

Movement Informs My Work
My background as a yoga instructor, personal trainer, and Pilates instructor deeply shapes how I understand the body. I don’t just focus on where you feel tension; I also consider how you move, where you feel restricted, and what may help you feel more comfortable and capable.
Massage at Align & Refine is built on the belief that bodywork should be collaborative, individualized, and movement-informed. It is an exploration of your body’s potential for ease.
Collaborative
We work together to define the goals of each session based on your needs and feedback.
Individualized
No formula or routine. Each session is shaped around your body and what you need that day.
Movement-Informed
Your session considers not only where you feel tension, but how your body moves as a whole.
Beyond the Massage Table
Movement is just as much a part of my life outside of work. You’ll usually find me strength training, practicing yoga, going for a run, or getting outside for a hike.
Staying active keeps me curious about the body and reminds me what it feels like to ask a lot of it. To me, taking care of your body isn’t about trying to perfect it — it’s about supporting it so you can keep doing the things that make you feel like yourself.

Support the body you live, work, train, and move in.
Massage is an opportunity to care for the body you move through life in. Whether you're training for your next goal or simply managing the physical demands of your workday, let's work together to create more ease in the body that carries you through it all.
